Site visit and quote
We visit your home, listen to what you need and send a written, itemised quote.
Plans and approvals
We finalise drawings, handle planning permission and building regulations approval where needed, and agree a start date and schedule.
Build
Weekly updates, one point of contact and changes agreed in writing before work begins.
Handover
Final walkthrough, snagging list completed, and all certificates and guarantees delivered.
